I wanted to buy a small order of chicks. I heard they ship with a minimum of $30 order total and $7 handling fee. My question is, do they ship for free or do they charge a shipping fee at the end of the order? Thanks.

Yeah, but its basically the same thing. Its an extra cost that isnt from suppliments, chicks or vaccines. And you have to order over 100 birds to not get that fee. 98 birds idnt exactly a small order

So true! I paid $45 at Metzer for an order of 2 geese. I wouldn't even order if I could find day old goslings near here. I don't order chicks anymore at all.

If you cancel within 48 hrs of the chicks hatch date they charge a $20 fee.
