Why does it seem like the Ideal Poultry website is always down? Not the entire website, but the sales area. It says:

Online Shopping Currently Unavailable

...

Has said that for a while for me.

I follow them on Facebook and they posted they are trying the sales part out today and hope to have it fixed. I'm kind of glad it was down, I'm less likely to call in an order...I'd rather order online...lol

That's funny BYC was down earlier today about 8 hours ago or so, couldn't get on the site finnally got the redirection page to go to the sister sites, I gave up and tried later.

i was going to order from ideal but i didn't want 15 chickens...now i have 14

ouch i guess all the hatchery's are going down hill along with Meyers that really sucks i would say if you can afford it to order from a breeder here on BYC not a hatchery i have have no problems with breeders here on BYC

Their site is back up. I've been very happy with my order and previous orders. I am not happy with the look of my silkies. Their crests are very small and only 1 of 5 is bearded. Otherwise very healthy birds
