I'm considering ordering some Russian Orloffs from Ideal for this summer and wanted to know everyone's general opinion about them. I have a couple of their Orloffs from last year and, although the female is a runt, the male is very nice-looking, in my opinion, though not perfect. Does anyone else have pics or info or experiences with Ideal's Orloffs? Please post them here so that I can get a good picture of what I'm getting.
Also, PLEASE do not post here if you've never seen or heard about Ideal's Orloffs. I want real information, not unguided speculations
Here's a couple pictures of my Orloff cockerel from Ideal. He seems to have a nice type, but I'm not an Orloff expert.
His tail looks a little awkward from this side because he's lost a few feathers there. He seems to molt his tail from side to side so that his tailfeathers are even only for a short time
