Ideal slaughter age for Blue Laced Wyandotte's

Could someone please tell me what the ideal age for harvesting a Blue laced Wyandotte? I have 9 hens and 2 roosters currently that are great egg layers. The birds are all about 1 yr old. I am getting fertile eggs so I decided to incubate and start a new flock for meat birds. I will have a seperate grazing pen and hen house for them. I want to harvest 15 birds a month. At what age can they harvested? Thanks for the help!!

Well, they're a little slow growing, so I'd think eight months or so.
