Ideal's Dark Brown Layers

I know they are hatchery quality birds, but I was just wondering how dark of color eggs were and how well they layed! From their Barnevelders, Marans, and Welsummer? I am having a hard time choosing which breed to order for my future order. They are for our backyard flock, not to picky about egg color but would like a little darker variety. If you have picture that would be awesome!
