Ideas for Coop Design

I hoping to remodel my coop this summer because it is tight and storing food is getting inconvenient. I don't want to do anything big, like expansions or full paint jobs, but it want it to look nicer. I was wondering if anyone had any DIY ideas or nice things you can buy for the coop. Thank you!
