ideas on a outside perch

i want to make an outside perch for my hens something that has shelter and a place to perch on but i thought i would see if any body had any suggestions?

I once saw a really cute "swing" for chickens. It was a tree branch with swing chains hooked to it, hanging from the roof of the run. I thought it was a neat idea.
