Okay can anyone tell me what breed chick this is. The brown chick with the white chest right in the middle of the bunch. He/she has a single comb and a full white chest and belly. With dark and light brown markings on this back wings and head. Any ideas?

Possibly a Speckled Sussex with excessive white feathering.
