Identify my rooster breed please!

Hi! I was given a rooster and she thought it was either an Americana or Cornish broiler… I can’t find a google image that looks like him. We are wanting to try our hand at hatching chicks and doing some for meat (I know they won’t grow as fast as a bird bred for said reasons). Other hens we have a barred rock and Easter egger… I’d only use barred rock eggs.

What do you think he is?????
