Identify the breed of these fellas?

I've had these bunch for a long time but never bothered to ask for a breed! I the fist one is a bantam but the other I have no idea it has a peculiar crest.I've gotten mixed answers... Could you help me?

The first one looks like a d'Uccle Millie fleur.

They remind me of Pyncheon Bantams

They are both mixed breeds. The first one is not a d'Uccle because it doesn't have feathered legs, nor the correct plumage.
