Identifying Gender of Chicks at Early Stage!!! Please Help!!!

hello everyone I need help identifying gender of my two black silky chicks and two wyandotte chicks! I have no idea what breed the wyandottes are but if you could help anyone please it would be very helpful indeed!

I do believe I read somewhere that hens grow feathers faster than cockerels at a young age. It's not definite but I hope it helps
