Identifying my bantam?

What breed?
Anyone want to guess on sex? I know it's to early to really tell "she" is 2 wks old maybe a few days older but not much.
Thank you! I think I have an idea but want to see if I am even in the ball park... I got "her" from Atwoods who gets the from ideal hatchery if that matter

Looks like a BB Red Old English. If so, then it's a pullet based on color.
