Any ideas on breed for our brown duckling? The yellow one really looks like a little female welsh harlequin these days, but I think maybe Golden 300 on the brown one??

Maybe, the one with the black bill looks kinda like a black Swedish to me.Any ideas on breed for our brown duckling? The yellow one really looks like a little female welsh harlequin these days, but I think maybe Golden 300 on the brown one??
Thank you! I like the idea of a Swedish!Maybe, the one with the black bill looks kinda like a black Swedish to me.
Thank you! Okay, looks like we’ve got one of each then. Will they partner up for mating season next year or will he need more ladies??Yes girls quack early and boys keep peeping.
Thank you! That sounds good. We are using a free range hybrid model because our home has no fence. So free range when we can supervise and a large pen when we aren’t outside along with the coop. I will keep a close eye on them and make sure he is not hurting her! Thank you!I have had a 1/1 with ducks before and it was fine. I should also mention they were completely free range. Many have mentioned on here that they think it is to hard on the duck hen with a 1/1. I would suggest keeping a close watch and see how your drake behaves.
Thanks for your help!He needs 2-3 more ladies. 3-4 ladies per drake.
