Identifying the egg eater

How long has she been setting?
Are they eating the eggs from under the broody?
Are they laying eggs in the broodies nest?

The poor little hen’s been sitting for at least 2 months, but her eggs always end up eaten. I’ve tried breaking her of it, taking her eggs daily, but she still sits. So she’s sitting on another batch, one got eaten yesterday again. So they eat her eggs, eggs in other nests, & they do lay in the broody’s nest as well. I have her eggs all marked so I pick up the fresh eggs daily.
