The color is Red Star, but the body style almost looks Sumatra! I will be interested to see what the final verdict is.

That's a cockerel. Looks like a red sex-link mixed with something. A red sex-link MALE should be completely white with little bits of red or gold on him. Yours has the coloring of the female, but is definitely a cockerel because of the comb/wattle development, long and pointed hackle and saddle feathers.

need a better PIC of its back.. i think i see saddle feathers... i say ROOSTER untill we get a better picture..
and i think a sex-link cross too...
