Idiot broody...

One of my silkies, Fluffy is broody. There is another broody girl, Ginger. I went to check on the girls, and saw them in the same nesting box, happy. I lift Ginger up and see she has no eggs, then I do the same to Fluffy and...

She's sitting on a bit of watermelon rind!

We gave them some yesterday, and one part went missing...

Now she's so wet underneath her. I know she's not the smartest

Yes, Silkies aren't too bright. I think you could give my one girl a dinosaur egg and she would brood it.
