We have a great Bus Driver ...thank God ~!......Thats a nightmare for your child and you ! Hope it gets better ....

I drive a bus, dosen't you buses have 2way radio's or cell phones, if we miss we call in to the office so they can let the parent know whats going on. that long on a bus is uncalled for.

As always, a lack of communication. During enrollement they ask if your child is riding the bus or not. Our driver was so inconsistent the first year I ended up calling the 'bus barn' to say "How about the same time every morning?" She came 15 minutes early one time and never saw her go by (wasn't looking for her that early) And we waited, waited, waited,,,finally took the kids to school only to find out she came 15 minutes earlier than the morning before. Sheeessssshhh! Some good drivers will call the home the day before school starts to let them know approximately when the will be by.

Last year we had a sub bus driver at our school for the afternoon run. She missed the stop for several students some of them were our 1st graders. One of the older students told her she missed the stop so she pulled over 2 blocks after the missed stop and told the little ones to get off and walk back! The older student got off and called me on her cell phone back at the school!
