if a chicken has a disease/avian flu /madreks could this infect humans

No easy answer to this one. Most chicken diseases do not infect other species (humans), but there are a few that do. You need a professional diagnosis of the disease and the advice of that professional on whether or not it poses a health risk for humans. BYC is not an appropriate source for that kind of information, IMHO. Sorry.
