If all chickens had to be cageless

This is what I think.... If you want to fix the problem buy smart. Go to local farms and buy eggs from outdoor chickens.

Cage free are a few steps better than cage birds. Cage free has its own problems. Most farms still want to make money so they cram as many chickens on the floor as possible. It really depends on the farm. Some farmers actually try to take as good care of there chickens as possible but they can't compete against the one next door that crams more in the same space. A lot of farms also don't own there chickens, most are on contracts and don't really care about the hens.
