There is a little dog named LULU in a shelter down south that was supposed to be put down today

I fell in love with her picture and told the rescue i would foster her. I was not an official approved foster home

So i have no idea if they pulled her from the shelter or if she died. I wish i could have her......thats the animal i would choose.
