If i cross a frizzle cochin roo with a non frizzle....

You will get half frizzle and half smooth feathers. This is how people breed frizzles. You always need to breed a frizzled to a smooth. Never breed frizzle to frizzle or you will end up with deformed birds with feathers that fall out.
