If I cut my chickens' wings off, will they grow back?

I love chicken wings. Nice and spicy, with some blue cheese... wow!

My question is, if I "harvest" my chickens' wings, will they grow back? I've heard of starfish and other creatures who can regrow appendages and I think it would be nice if we could breed a chicken with an endless supply of wings...
