I have two 20 week old RIR's and two 20 week old BSL's. One of my RIR has gotta be getting close to laying. She is always squatting for me and is red combed/wattled. The other RIR is just nasty to me, red combed/wattled, but won't squat, in fact, she wants to bite when I pet the others. The two BSL's have very little wattle and comb, although one will squat when petted. I don't know anything about their maturity rate. Do you?

they should be about ready and your one that is biting may be taking on the dominent role if you don't have a rooster. Patiently waiting also. Just got first egg yesterday but could be 3 days till i see another. Good luck
