Slipstream surprise turned to hatred. "You are leaving me with A PROPHECY!!!!!! Not only are you leaving me, but with a prophecy. I hate this and you. Why is Shadowstorm with you? Are you leaving me for that TOM? I hate it, I hate it!!" He flipped his ears back and ran into his den.
 
She followed him with precise paw steps, her own ears slightly turned back against her own head, “This prophecy does not concern you.” She snapped. “I leave my past because I have to, because I am part of this prophecy.” She hissed. “I did not train you to be foolish and small minded, I trained you to be understanding and trust in the will of Starclan.”

"No, no! I can't believe that! I trusted you, out of all these cats to not betray me and you did. I liked you a little bit and now you are with Shadowtorm... I wish I was a better medicine cat but I'm not. I hope you can see that. I'll miss you here and everything. Goodbye." He looked at the ground and went into his nest.

Peacecry felt horrible. Poor Slipstream, but what can I do. She could see that he didn't want to talk, so padded back out to Shadowstorm. Hoping he hadn't heard any of their heated discussion.

Shadowstorm had heard the words that were spoken and chose to ignore them. "Peacecry, is he going to take alright?" He touched his tail to her shoulder and pressed to her.
 
"I hope so." She mewed, comforted by his touch. "I won't tell Lilacstar until she is fully recovered. I can't burden another cat right now, and she needs to regain her full strength."
