I just had a 3 month old bantam cochin pullet drown in a one gallon bucket with about 3-4 inches in it. I think she fell in, couldn't get out and then got cold/weak and drowned. Bucket has now been replaced with a 2 inch high kitty litter pan...I was just thinking about adding a wading pool for the ducks..I'm hoping bricks really do work.
