Don't forget, while federal law doesn't care much about the small time operation, be sure to check on the state and county levels as well, because they probably have regulations on the sale of raw meat.

Thanks you all!! I will keep looking into it....but I doubt I will sell the birds at the farmers market....maybe I will just setup a stand and then sell the birds here at home.....But I will see what other locals who sell processed poultry do. I think the closest poultry processing facility is 1 hour though. That aint worth it in my opinion. I would rather just sell to family and friends.
