If the Rooster breeds with the unlaying pullet....

Might depend on the roo. Mine are not agressive with the hens. I stick pullets with them all the time and they don't mate until the pullets are close to lay. I've had pullets lay at 4months and I've hatched eggs from them at 5-6months so I'm not waiting another 3months for fertile eggs just because I personally think the roo is after someone too young. If the pullet is squatting and not doing everything to get away I definitely would leave them. She's decided she's ready. Unless your roo is hurting them and then I'd just get rid of a roo for a better one. Mine will hardly damage a feather on their hens even if they only have one young hen in with them.
