I know there is the ongoing debate of washing or not washing your eggs that you sell and I do not wish to get into that here.
If, like me, you do hand wash your eggs, I have discovered a time saving tip I'd like to pass on.
I recently purchased a very inexpensive pair (less than $4 at Walmart) of exfoliating gloves. Wearing them and giving the eggs a quick rub between your hands under water in the sink cleans them remarkably quick. I can wash 4 dozen eggs in about 10 minutes. If you decide to give it a try, I recommend cutting the finger tips off of the gloves as daily use will wear down your fingernails.
