im sorry but i would have to say no , just the general upkeep of the facility ( horses are destructive ) is not a one person job and it becomes expensive fast , and the utopia like scene you described is not likely to happen, at alot of boarding facility's there is lots of drama and that is why i am so thankful for our 20 acres and our barn im sorry but this is just my opinion on the question you asked and i hope i did not offend you
