If you could bring back any 70's tv show....

Dukes of Hazards, Muppets, Bewitched, Fantacy Island, Smurfs, The Munsters, The Adams Family- I think that was late 60's though, and of coarse.......Gilligan's Island!!!!!!

You can probably get most if not all of the shows mentioned from netflix. I use netflix. We down load a lot of the shows from our ps3 and watch instantly. It is all that you can watch for a lot less then renting a dvd. You can also view from your computer. I just thought that I would throw that out there

I agree with the Sonny and Cher show. The Smothers Brothers Show. Gosh, there were SO many, though they were mostly short-lived. I remember the Carol Burnett Show, Barbara Mandrell and the Mandrell Sisters, Dean Martin (WOW! Who could get away with THAT now??), Tony Orlando and Dawn, the Carpenters, Captain and Tennille, the Brady Bunch (HA!), Tom Jones, Dick Cavett, and Andy Williams. There was also the wonderful, wonderful bubbles of Lawrence Welk, though I didn't sit down to watch it, just passed by while my mom did.

The Carol Burnett Show was awesome! And the Sonny and Cher show and the Smothers Brothers were great, too. Jeez, can you imagine if we had shows like this nowadays? They'd be so crude and trashy, we wouldn't watch them anyways.

We were just talking about the shows like those, I loved Carol Burnett - especially when Tim Conway and Harvey Korman got going.. they just don't have tv like that anymore. I liked Skip Wilson and his Sock it to me on Laugh in too!!

That's funny. We always wanted to watch that and our parents would not let us, so we were always trying to secretly watch it from our bedrooms or the hall. We had to go to our bedrooms when it came on, so of course, we could hardly stand not being able to watch it. LOL

Battlestar Galactica. The Glen Larson version with the original actors.

(Not to be confused in any way shape or form with the Ron Moore abomination that the Sci Fi channel aired.)

We loved watching "Squad 51", I think. It was about paramedics, and one was a cutie pie! Well, he was to some pre-pubescent girls!
