If you could create a breed or a variety of a breed, what would you make?

So I incubated 2 Black silkie eggs and my roo is a white leghorn. I was hoping for a pretty different chick but they hatched last weekend and are both yellow. One has a few black dots on its back but yellow means white chicken. I was disappointed. So I took 2 Easter Egger eggs (green) and hatched roo is white leghorn got one brownish yellow or dark yellow and one black and white chick this morning. No feathers on feet of silkie leghorn chicks curious what they will end up like
My silkie leghorns look like this

I am creating a breed of Golden Easter Eggers! They are a mix of Buff Brahma, a buff and a white Silkie, and a golden color EE hen. Actually, my EE hen, Blondie created this, by breeding with my big Buff Brahma rooster, Dagwood, along with the Buff and the white Silkie roos. The chicks are grown now, with 3 from the Silkies and 3 from the Buff Brahma roo. I have 1 Rooster in the bunch, he is buff, pretty good sized and half Silkie. I'm going to continue to let them breed and hatch chicks and see what happens. Of the 5 hens, at least 2 lay olive green eggs, one of the buff brahma hens lays a sort of pink egg, not really brown, but kind of mauve. They are cute and interesting, and the different colored eggs look nice together... Perhaps the type will be more uniform in the next generation...

He is colorful alright and much like a game roo but he only has a couple of spiked feathers on his head and no creast... He started out solid black and very much an ugly chick, but he sure is pretty now! Up side is, he has his dad's cool laid back disposition and is super attentive with the ladies! We have sold off most our hens and we now have only 8, and both Roos work the run without so much as a dirty look! :)
