If you have an Australorp Rooster Please read this!

Culled my first BA roo today. He was aggressive towards humans and other chickens. I could tolerate his terrorism but when I witnessed him attempt to rip another chicks comb off. I'd had enough and permanently removed him from the flock. ... that being said, I've had 3 other BA roos and they've all been pets. You could pick them up and love them to bits! Such awesome and beautiful chickens! Blue Australorps are even more docile. 😍🥰

I am wondering what they are like and if they are mean? I ordered some australorps through Ideal today that will be here this Friday and I wanted to keep a male for breeding purposes? Are they a good choice in a roo? I was also planning on keeping a cochin male as well. WOndering if that would be a bad idea? To keep two roos? In the end I will have about 22 hens and 2 roos.
I have 6 Australorps, one being a Rooster. They were together since birth and are about 6 months old. They seem to get along well and the Rooster is friendly. I do go out and sit with them almost every day for about 30 minutes. If I stay an hour, they seem to all eventually perch on my legs. A couple like to be wrapped in my arms and sometimes they peck my arms for their turn. They are in an enclosure that is 18 feet square and about 12 feet high in the center. They run and fly a lot. They also like to perch high a lot. We hopefully will let them roam in the fenced yard when we are working out there, but foxes got are last group of chickens so we don't want that to happen again. We have a fenced in area that is 100ft by 100ft. I will probably put an electric fence next to it to determine the fox and coyotes from entering.
