Oh, so many fun replies to an awesome thread!
I can't decide on a specific chicken breed-
Can I choose guinea fowl?! Watchful, a little dense, paranoid, loud, repetitive, fun, chases pests away... LOOKS LIKE A DINOSAUR!

I think I'd like to be a Dominique. Well, I haven't actually owned any females (just my roo who is great!), but I've heard they're good mothers and that's what I want to be someday. They're also good layers, which I like to think of as being hardworking. I'm not necessarily in love with the barring pattern, but it's okay.

Judging from my current age and condition I would have to say if I were a chicken, I'd be a Silkie. Soft, loveable and way too much hair hanging in the face...something I seem to be lacking right now!

probably a RIR or a California white(just because that is my bird's personality type)
