Ill chick

Hi I have a chick 4 days old (one of 3) raised by mum....he's become ill a little wobbly wasn't really moving with the other chicks and mum and his eyes one in particular look a little off its closing ...he is stumbling backwards....I've brought him in as he was just getting left to the side ...fed him some warm water with a little sugar .....do I bath his eyes or just keep an eye too see if he improves any advice would be appreciated thank you x

Sounds like your doing good right now, are his eyes sealed up? Do you have pics?
