ill chicken help please

My silkies have yellowish oranges bugs. They are small and oval. As far as can see , they are only on and around the eyes. What can I do to eliminate the darn bugs? I'm really worried about my babies! will they be ok? I noticed the bugs about 3 weeks ago. I sprayed the cage will some stuff but the bugs are still there!

Chicken lice. Sevin dust gently so as not to make too much puffy dust but spread around coop, run and go several feet out from coop. I received some 6 1/2 week old freebie chicks last year only to discover COVERED in lice. Dusted chicks too cuz sevin never hurt my cats.. chicks seemed to enjoy it! Do everything once a week for at least 2 weeks in order to kill newly hatched lice, the egg casings depending on severity will take molting, new feathering or clipping to remove. One of the freebies had entire side of neck covered in eggs/casings- within a month or two it was all gone and they are beautiful shiny laying hens. Hope u caught the buggers early on;-)
