PeeWee looked a lil lethargig last night so i brought her in. She ate, drank etc. This morning she is gasping for air, can not stand up, eyes closed tight, very labored breath.

She is 1 1/2 yrs old
Never sick

Have you ever wormed her? As a last resort I would look up gapeworm and treat ASAP.

Does she have any nasal discharge? Could it be respiratory?

Pee Wee just died. She emptied her crop, released her bowls, as she took her last breath.

I am so very sorry that you lost pee wee. You have my sincerest sympathy. I'll keep both of you in my prayers tonight.

I know you are not thinking about this right now but keep an eye on your flock and if anything looks wrong or even feels wrong in your gut post it right away.

Again, I am very sorry. She was a good girl and you loved her very much.
