Ill turkey

My other message went too soon.
Two big white turkeys born end of march. Today one is lethargic . Walking around but no noise or puffing out to show mating ritual. No blue on head all red now...
I have injectable penicillin room temp to administer... Not pen g .
How much and what else can I do?

They were hatched last march. I put a heat lamp in as well. How much of the penn do I give? I have been giving 2... Now the other is wheezing a bit.... The ill one is just so pathetic poor fellow.... Very sad to see. I want to give water but am afraid I will go down the wrong tube... Now green diarrhea.And seemingly fast!
