illness with Rooster

Hello all! I have a rooster who we got in June as a chicken, healthy as a baby no issues once outside his one wing drooped , no other issue besides the droopy wing. I talked to some people they suspected issue at birth, im not sure. Now months later, we noticed his wing drooping and under the other wing he had a sore appear, we crated him , washed out non pain relief neosporin. it got bigger almost mass like. He was still eating drinking getting around. Now we go to take care of the chickens and notice he has no leg strength, just lays there, looks like the one leg is in front of him but cant get up, he doesnt even try. He is bright eyed , happy eating drinking just cant move. So it appears we are dealing with several problems. Also let me add , he has had a purple comb ever since it grew, someone pointed out to me that is not his breed but a hormonal, circularity issue. Im assuming he wasnt a well chicken from the get go. I know he probably has to be culled, i just cant bring myself to do it myself , if i could find someone local , that i could go that route just dont know how to find someone, this is heartbreaking as i have kids who are super attached. We have had a lot of snow also, and we cant get out our driveway... I guess this is more a rambling , but the other chickens we have are happy and healthy. Any ideas what this could be?

Can you post any pictures of the mass under the wing and of the rooster as he looks now? Mareks disease comes to mind with a drooping wing, masses or tumors in skin, and his leg problems. Do you know if he was vaccinated for Mareks? Can you get him drinking water? Could he be dehydrated? Here is some reading about Mareks:

I keep looking into Mareks, but his wing has been drooped since July and no other symptoms besides being clumpsy from the wing. The breeder is NPIP but im not sure if they vaccinate for Mareks, the lump isnt on the dropped wing either its under it, I do have a picture from when it first started but dont really want to poke and mess with him since its a struggle for him to move and get comfortable I will try and upload the picture of when his mass started under his wing.

It has since grew larger and is bald no feathers on it We were treating for this with vetricyin and non pain relief neosporin , and made it to where he couldnt peck at it because he would just reopen it himself.
