I have started up again with 25 Cornish cross giants to be butchered soon. I paid extra for immunization, but they started with bloody stools, so I treated with Corid for 5 days. They were better within a couple hours! I did lose one chick. They were only a week old at that time. Since then, they have been healthy until just 5 days ago, I saw another bloody stool, so started the Corid again. I haven't seen any bloody stools, and all but 2 chickens look good. But the 2 chickens had heavy breathing, feathers looking very ragged, hanging head. While treating the group with Corid, they seemed a little better the next day, but the following day, one was dead and trampled. My hubby burried it before I could inspect. Now, the second ill one looks to be dying; heavy struggling to breathe, closed eyes, laying down as if already dead. Squirted liquid poop, but no blood. Any ideas as to what they suffered with? And what to do for the rest of the flock?

The only way to confirm what killed them is to get a body necropsied by your state vet lab. It is possible they were missed with the vaccines. Some chickens could have gotten enteritis after having coccidiosis, or could have suffered damage to their intestines. Make sure to keep their bedding as dry and clean as possible, and getting them out on fresh grass may be helpful. Sorry for your loss.

Thank you for that information.
