I got good news from the vet today. My pullet tested negative for viral Infectious larynotrechietis (ILT). It did test positive for bacterial ILT. Evidentally ILT is a set of symptoms that can be caused by a highly contagious herpes virus or by a bacteria infection. So I get to keep all my birds and just do some disinfecting to clear up any bacteria left around. PRAISE GOD!
