I'm a Excited New Chicken Enthusiast!

Well, I'm just starting out with a flock of 30 chicks. They're about 5 weeks old now. I'm so exited to start collecting egg, and having fresh meat! I did buy 5 grown Chickens last weekend just to get in the habit of caring for different stages of chicken life. I look forward to reading all of your posts and having so many helpful caring people to help me learn more about my chica's!!!

So do you have any photos of your brooder

Some of my brooder photos

They stay here for 3 to 4 weeks then move on to the introduction cage

This is the introduction cage where everyone inspects each-other

Then on to the getting along stage
