So I candled some of my eggs tonight at first it was going ok one bobwhite quit but thats not a huge deal , then Imoved on to my little 6/2 banty eggs (6/2 being the day i set them) one of them quit . Ok still not a big deal it happends right. then I move on to my big mix eggs 5 guit
from my shipped and 2 from my local eggs. checked my norwigian eggs and one quit
only 2 had healty viens the rest were ether clear or had viens but had red splotches and the viens were kinda fuzzy looking not well defined. So out of all the eggs I candled and I didnt candle all of them I got depressed and I didnt want to chill them to much they seemed coolish anyways so 10 quiters . That seems kinda alot at one time. Am I wrong . I havent ever set this many eggs at a time befor so maybe it just seems like a lot but in the grand schem its not
6 of the quitters were from a single place I wonder if that means something or am I reading to much into it. I hate it when my egg babies die
And my brand new Brinsea died and now my LG forced air is going ont eh fritz and makeing funky noises Im freaked out that IM gonna wake up and its gonna have gone and over heated and killed them or just bit the dust and theywill getchilled and die.
