I have been wanting backyard chickens for years. My daughter wanted to have them but her subdivision wont allow it, so she talked my wife into it!! We bought a Barred Plymouth Rock and a Rhode Island Red yesterday and are getting a Calico Princess and an Americana tomorrow. we will be deciding on a coop in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned cause I'm probably going to ask a lot of questions....lol!!

When I went to pick up the 2 new chicks I bought a Sapphire Gem too....lol!!
