(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Been around chickens all my life, at the barn, just never had them at home (but will soon!)

(3) What breeds do you have? None at this time- doing my research before jumping in!
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Fresh food, buildimg a backyard 'getaway ' from the hectic world.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Horses, our dog, swimming, spending time with immediate family!
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I'm a certified safety professional / safety & quality manager for a global chemical company, have a dog, a hubby & a son.
