Just picked up 3 three week old black silkie chicks yesterday. Im already a CM to Three 6 month old hens. 1 barred rock and two isa browns. Someone near where i live had some silkie chicks and i jumped to the opportunity to bring them home. So excited to learn about that breed. I've only heard good things about them, people saying once you have a silkie you will always want them in your flock! Looking forward to whats to come. If anyone has any advise about them please forward it on to me. Im new to silkies and open to any new helpful information!
