I'm about ready to move my chicks outside. Any advice?

I'm about ready to move my chicks outside. They're about seven weeks old. Does anyone have any suggestions for doing that safely? I'm still feeding them chicken starter (non-medicated) and nothing else. Will I have to worry about them getting coccidiosis? Should I move them outside gradually for a few yours a day at first?
