Well, I'll be happy to ship you some when my stupid girls get done being broody. 2 of my 3 hens are sitting on nonexistant eggs.

I think I'm going to stick some eggs from the bator that are due next week under them, let them hatch them, and steal the chicks so they'll start laying again. Works for my broody turkeys.

I've gotten all barred chicks this year, except for 1 that is super dark buff with very faint barring...I guess it's technically still barred, but isn't obvious like the others. I have a bunch of boys too.

Bad hens!
