im back from ikes aftermath

*It's not moving very fast either, so unfortunately, Ike is going to be with you awhile. We are watching and thinking of ya'll. BE SAFE!!

Hope everyone stays safe. My cousin had to evacuate from Galveston, and my Aunt and Uncle are in Houston, all three of which are Hurricane Katrina survivors . . . what a nightmare.
Our town is full of evacuees, I talked to a ton earlier. They're all waiting to see if their houses are still standing by tomorrow. Again, hoping, hoping, hoping for the best

im back it took a week but the power finally came back on!everyones fine and all the chooks made it through safe but the chicks were freaking out. then the day after the storm our young cockeral crowed for the first time and sounded horrible he also crowed the day after but after that he hasnt crowed since eta sorry for the run on sentence.

I'm glad you're ok. I watched the weather channel for about three days straight, but you never got a real good idea how people were really doing. What was it like where you were? Did your neighbors all evacuate?
