I'm baffled

I had 5 chickens. Averaged 4 eggs a day. In july my head chicken Bubbles died. Only 1 1/2 years old ( all my chickens are same age).
Since then only one chicken is laying? No change in feed, checked for mites..they all went through a ruff molt.
We are 4 months after bubbles death and I don't know what to think.
Any ideas?? Suggestions?

They molted, then stopped for winter. Welcome to mature hen keeping

A small light in the coop, 3am to 8am, will stimulate hens to lay eggs, after a few weeks. It's the winter lack of lighting that slows them down, as long as there's nothing else wrong.
