DixieChick - um, yeah, about that. I am leaving in about an hour to pic up my new babies! 4 3mo old hens (i hope)!

Now about that coop...
The playhouse will be home for now, and will probably motivate my husband to get working. I think he thought if he kept putting it off I would forget. I told him, "putting this off does not mean it is not going to happen".
He just left for an overnight visit to his Dad's to play poker & go fishing - he will be back tomorrow around 3pm-ish. I can get LOTS done before then!
I have a feeling the playhouse could really work, though. It is about 8' x 6' inside and the walls are 4 feet, with a pitched roof, so plenty of head space. Needs a hen door, nesting boxes, and some more ventillation. And the carpet needs tore out.
